Really lovely stuff going on here. Those full page images of concept art look great and the sparse approach to presenting the work is strong. I like that you give the reader space to take in just a single image. Would love to see more pages as you develop them. Especially those storyboard pages you were working on last week.
One possible thing to explore. Perhaps, the title pages you have ('Creating the Characters' etc) could be full pages. So, the font is centre, with imagery surrounding the title. It may not work, but I do wonder if this would set up each chapter in a more appropriate spacing. For example, the 'Creating the Characters' page could by centred text, with those scanned sketches as a faint background collage. Just something to try.
Other than that, lovely colour and text choices. And above all, really nice layout and spacing.
